Personal E-Billing Sign Up

In light of the Canada Post strike, the Town of Vegreville is encouraging all residents to sign up for E-Billing to receive their Town of Vegreville invoices via email to avoid any delays in payment.

Guidelines:

You must be signed up for E-Billing by November 30, 2024, to receive your December 2024 utility bill via email.
You are expected to notify the Town of Vegreville if you don't receive an e-bill to your email within 45 days of signing up for E-Billing.
The Town of Vegreville is not responsible for payment delays. Non-receipt of your e-bills does not exempt you from late penalties.
You are responsible for submitting an E-Billing sign up form for both your residential properties and business properties to receive e-bills. You can access the business property sign up form HERE.
By signing up for E-Billing, you are signing up to receive ALL Town of Vegreville invoices (property taxes and utilities) associated with your properties at the email you provide.
